前陣子爆出正在戀愛中的神話ERIC在小編心中一直都佔有一席重要的地位,一開始小編都不願意相信他真的在戀愛中,後來看到D社的照片,小編只能含淚祝福他了~畢竟屋哩文代表年紀都有了XD也是該談戀愛穩定下來了!

因為太想念ERIC了,所以小編趁著連假時,重新回味的看了《一日三餐-漁村篇3》,當然也做了幾道ERIC的拿手菜;沒想到很多道菜看起來複雜,但只要跟著ERIC的步驟做,完全不會失敗,還很美味好吃耶~(嘿嘿沒想到小編可以跟ERIC有一樣的好手藝)
年糕湯
大家知道韓國新年1月1日的時候都會吃年糕湯嗎?白色的年糕象徵著以純淨的心迎接新年到來的含意,也有象徵長壽健康的意思。

首先第一步,就是把年糕泡在水裡,這樣可以縮短煮年糕的時間也不用擔心沒有控制好時間讓年糕太過軟爛

每次在韓劇裡面看到年糕湯,都想說天啊那高湯要熬多久才會有這麼濃郁的感覺啊?沒想到ERIC一示範之後,小編才知道原來簡單的方法,也可以做出濃郁的感覺!
有看《一日三餐-漁村篇3》的人一定都知道,大蔥的頭是ERIC的秘密武器,小編第一次看到他把大蔥頭切下來丟到熬高湯的鍋子裡,還以為他煮菜煮到錯亂,沒想到他說用大蔥頭熬湯會有肉湯的滋味~(因為他是ERIC所以我相信他,就背著媽媽把大蔥頭丟進去一起熬湯XD)

水滾開後,先將昆布夾出,避免昆布熬煮過久,就會有黏稠的感覺。

另外準備一個鍋子,加入適量的油和些許的麻油大火翻炒肉片(麻油的燃點低,不適合用大火烹飪,而且要是全用麻油的話,容易搶掉年糕湯單純味道的風采)。

把事先熬好的高湯倒入炒肉鍋中

小編每次去韓國都堅持一定要吃到炸醬麵才行,因為這樣才有融入韓國的感覺,沒想到看似很複雜很難的炸醬經過ERIC的巧手之後,也變得很輕鬆一樣~小編當然也要跟著學,這樣想念韓國炸醬麵時就可以自己動手做啦!

炸醬準備的食材比較多,備料的時間會比較長一點,但只要備好料,大火一開依序的放入食材,炸醬馬上就會好了~相信小編,就是這麼神奇!
依序將洋蔥、馬鈴薯切成小丁狀

再將蔥和肉片切成薄片狀

熱鍋,準備要來炒香甜麵醬,這時候建議要準備較多的油,這樣可以讓甜麵醬的豆香完全釋放出來;為了避免燒焦,要不動的翻動鍋子或是用鏟子不斷的攪動甜麵醬。
